YC6TF Gas Series — Product Description
- 1. Reliability & durability: Gas-engine peak pressures are 20–30% lower than diesel, giving a large reliability margin. Optimized piston design, combustion-chamber shape and cooling-oil passages enhance cooling; nitrided piston rings improve wear resistance. Core parts (block, crankshaft, con-rod, bearings, gear train) follow proven diesel architecture.
- 2. High efficiency & environmental friendliness: Lower carbon emissions than diesel at the same power. Nearly zero PM and sulfide; HC/CO/NOx comply with China II marine regulations.
- 3. Complete safety design: Intake manifold explosion-proof valve keeps intake pressure controlled; crankcase explosion-proof valve maintains safe crankcase pressure.
- 4. Advanced combustion control: Turbocharged & intercooled lean-burn with compressor-bypass and O2 sensor closed-loop A/F control for efficient, clean combustion and consistent performance.
