K Series Marine Diesel Engine

  • 1. Manufactured to high standards (advanced & reliable): Developed strictly in accordance with SAIC’s GPDP standard process. With an integrated engine design, the marine engine features a high-strength body and cylinder head, a forged steel crankshaft, and key components supplied by world-renowned brands. The average overhaul interval exceeds 20,000 hours.
  • 2. Strong power with high fuel efficiency: Designed with four valves, twin turbochargers, full-efficiency air intake, and dual electronic control units. Available in two types: electronically controlled high-pressure common-rail engines and electronically controlled pump-type low-power engines. With a wide power and torque range, it suits various operating conditions for medium and heavy-duty applications. Minimum fuel consumption reaches 190 g/kW·h, delivering more than 10% fuel savings compared to similar products.
  • 3. High adaptability and flexible configuration: Users can select different models according to operating conditions. For example, the 33W marine engine suits high-speed conditions, while the 38W suits medium- to low-speed conditions. Optional configurations include different starting methods, output interfaces, seawater pumps with different flow rates, anti-corrosion cooling systems, pre-lubrication oil pumps, and other configurations on request.
