G-Series Marine Disel Engine
- 1. Enhanced structural design: Through FEA model analysis and bonding strength calculations, improvements such as reinforced body design and integrated cylinder head installation have been achieved.
- 2. High durability: Forged and tempered steel crankshaft without quenching increases fatigue resistance and service life.
- 3. Optimized combustion system: After CFD analysis, a high-flow cooling pump, fuel pump, and high-efficiency turbocharger were added, achieving a minimum fuel consumption of 195 g/kW·h and maximum torque reserve of 2300 N·m.
- 4. Improved auxiliary components: Flanged fuel injection pump, new fuel-gas separator, optimized thermostat and fuel pipeline, integrated heat exchanger with expansion tank, and advanced sealing gaskets enhance quality and appearance.
- 5. Reliability & maintenance: Features include a fracture-split connecting rod and efficient water–air intercooler. High compatibility of spare parts with previous generation reduces operating cost and simplifies maintenance.
