Features
- • Using FEA structural analysis and joint strength calculations, the engine design has been upgraded with a reinforced block and an integrated cylinder head assembly.
- • A forged and tempered steel crankshaft (without quenching) improves fatigue resistance and extends service life.
- • Combustion has been optimized through CFD analysis; a high-flow cooling pump, fuel pump, and high-efficiency turbocharger help achieve minimum fuel consumption of 195 g/kW·h and maximum torque reserve of 2300 N·m.
- • Upgraded auxiliaries (flanged injection pump, new fuel–gas separator, optimized thermostat and fuel lines, integrated heat exchanger with expansion tank, and improved sealing gaskets) enhance overall product quality and appearance.
- • Features such as a fracture-split connecting rod and a core water–air intercooler increase reliability. Strong spare-part compatibility with previous generations reduces operating costs and simplifies maintenance.
