D Series Marine Diesel Engine
- 1. Optimized fuel injection & combustion: 6-hole high-pressure fuel injector combined with W-type combustion chamber optimizes air–fuel mixing. With an efficient fuel cooler, the engine delivers economy across a wide power range.
- 2. Durability & reliability: Wet alloy cast-iron cylinder liners, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, high load-capacity connecting rod bearings, water-cooled exhaust pipe, and electronic monitoring system ensure safe operation and minimize downtime.
- 3. Smooth operation: Optimized combustion with turbocharging and intercooling reduces pressure spikes during combustion, ensuring smoother and more complete burning with lower vibration and noise.
- 4. Compact & lightweight design: Compact bore spacing, low piston compression height, and integrated accessory layout reduce overall engine size and weight, simplifying maintenance.
